N: At very first… my name is Ninomiya Kazunari, but it is frequently misunderstood as Ninomiya Kazuya. I think it’s inevitable, if we know we’re talking about each other then it’s fine, I think. I’d just let it go. During filming of Haha to Kuraseba, staff called me Ninomiya Kazuya-san, at that time Yoshinaga-san was beside me, at that very moment, she turned to me, “Deep apology” she murmured. I was touched. This made me think that I who didn’t care others misunderstanding my name was wrong. She is really a good person.

N: I went to audition. I was told that I could meet Clint Eastwood, I thought it’s good thing, I could meet him no matter I passed or not, then I went to audition. But he was not there. I was asked to act a scene I liked. I chose a scene that I didn’t speak at all and just sat there, but others might be bothered if I said nothing so I said one or two script lines then left. Then after about two weeks, I was told passed. I originally auditioned for Kase-kun’s character, a young soldier. I said nothing but passed, I thought if it was cheating corner (looked around to see if there is hidden camera). Then the newspaper reported that Eastwood was to film a Japan film, and my name was on it, then I thought for the first time that it’s real. I got the script for first time at airport. It was joyful filming site. It was fresh to see various actors’ performance.

N: If I were not ARASHI I wouldn’t be called for such jobs. I shouldn’t forget this. If I am an actor with the same working experience, would I be called for such filming? Probably no. Creating a working involves various people, actors, artists, people like me, entertainers, various people gather to create one work, there is many such occasions. If I am called for such filming I have to do the part for actor. If I am an idol and called for music programme and concert, I have a kirakira feeling, I have such experience, I think I am called because I have such experience.

Q: Thus far what did Ninomiya-san help Aiba-san?
Aiba: When we went to game centre together, when I played arm wrestling game or rythm game, he cheered for me vividly.
N: (Shy) Trifling… (giggle)
Q: What thing do you want Ninomiya-san to correct?
Aiba: Like variety programme, at various filming sites, when I practice choreography, Ninomiya-san would say “Not now. Concentrate on the work now” Looking at me who am nervous he looked very happy.
N: He practices wherever he is, Aiba-kun. Therefore, in elevator he practices and the elevator shakes. He is serious. When there is mirror he checks his choreography. When there is elevator with mirror it shakes terribly.

N: Katsushika is relatively fast in pace.
