ARASHI's latest single「BRAVE」achieved 668,000 sales in the first week, ranking No.1 in the 9/23 Oricon weekly single ranking. This is their 53rd single which achieved "single sales ranking No.1", a record kept by themselves. This is also their 46th consecutive single since「PIKA★★NCHI DOUBLE」(released on 18 Feb 2004) which achieved No.1 sales.
This song is the NTV programme image song of Rugby World Cup 2019 Japan, the opening of which will be broadcast live on 20 Sept, it is a song with powerful lyrics and vivid chorus melody. The rap lyrics is written by Sakurai Sho, the first time he writes rap in single since 「Daylight」released in 2016.
Now, ARASHI is conducting the 50 performance of their 20th anniversary tour 『ARASHI Anniversary Tour 5×20』, the largest scale in their own history. There are 19 more performances to go until the finale on 25 Dec at Tokyo Dome.
