arashitranslationPopular group・ARASHI’s live Blu-ray Disc（BD）／DVD『ARASHI LIVE TOUR 2016‐2017 Are You Happy？』（released on 31 May）reached a sales of 338,000 for BD, 312,000 for DVD, total sales of 650,000 in the first week, and achieved the consolidated No.1 in the Oricon 6/12 weekly BD/DVD rankings. The total sales of music BD and DVD also reached No.1 in the consolidated music video ranking, they championed the major three categories.
It is ARASHI’s consecutively seventh work which achieved No.1 in the consolidated music video ranking. This time they reached a total sales of 650,000 in the first week, which surpassed its own record of 587,000 on 『ARASHI アラフェス’13 NATIONAL STADIUM 2013』（released in May 2014）, this is the first time in history for this ranking to have over 600,000 sales. They tie the consecutive No.1 record with Kanjani Eight, and tie the total No.1 record with Kanjani Eight and Perfume.
『ARASHI LIVE TOUR 2016‐2017 Are You Happy？』 achieved consolidated No.1 for the consecutively seventh BD work, and is individual No.2 in history for consecutive and total sales ranking. As for DVD they updated the No.1 records in history they keep “consecutive consolidated No. 1 works” (16 works), “total consolidated No.1 works” (18 works), “consecutive years of ranking consolidated No.1 in music DVD” (11 years).
The BD sales were 338,000 for the first week, which surpassed 281,000 of『ARASHI LIVE TOUR 2014 THE DIGITALIAN』（released in July 2015）, and recorded the music BD highest first-week sales in history. For consolidated chart it was over the 313, 000 sales of 『ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版：Q EVANGELION：3.33 YOU CAN（NOT）REDO.』（released April 2013）, and reached the third in history.
This work recorded the Tokyo performance of five big dome tour 『ARASHI LIVE TOUR 2016‐2017 Are You Happy？』（18 performance, 855,000 audience）conducted from November last year until January this year.
