The programme started with the Aiba Manabu team congratulating Watabe-san for his wedding. Aiba-san said one nazo was solved, that why Watabe-san always took so many vegetables back after filming. When report of Watabe-san having romantic relationship was released Aiba-san and Sawabe-san wanted to ask Watabe-san but they did not (dared not) ask.
Today the team went to Katsuura of Chiba for seasonal fish, “hatsu Gatsuo” (skipjack tuna in April~June). Aiba-san challenged cutting hatsu Gatsuo with the double-edged sword he used to cut Gatsuo during Kochi episode.
The fish was difficult to slice and Aiba-san said that it was as difficult as performing one song.
He didn’t cut out the skin perfectly and wanted to hide it (giggle).
They tried the Katsuo sashimi with mayonnaise and it was tasty. They also tried grilled Gatsuo with salt, fried Gatsuo, and Gatsuo zukedon.
