- There was a feeling of loss when the filming completed. It is going to be a good work.
- It is my TV drama performance since two years ago, if my performance can make (sports of people with disability) a spotlight, that would be my great honour
- A person close to me spends life on wheelchair, and then I thought about this issue. This time I have been a person in wheelchair for one month, including the preparation around two months. With this, I understood much the physical difficulties a person in wheelchair encounters. The time I spent as Kazuya was precious moments
- The skidding sound of tire, the collision between two wheelchairs… there is charm different from basketball. Such power can be illustrated in “drama” but not in reality is one high point. And then, there are also scenes showing [Kazuya’s] frustration and the difficulties when he tried to recover, and we can see the deep love between the husband and wife. I think we have made a powerful TV drama.
- I passed the ball to real Ando-san, I did acting with the real Kagawa-san, I felt it was great~ (giggle). Because they are not people whom I can usually meet. And then, Nagasawa-san enlivened the performance. There were lots of scenes of the two of us arguing, but the argument scenes were performed in a cute manner. The couple was with sense of trust. It was comfortable.
- It is happy to be able to start 2017 with this. It would be happy if there is something like a person in 19 years old during Tokyo Olympics (year 2020) says that “I watched this TV drama in my 15 (year 2017) and had a chance to do it”
