18.06.21 ARASHI’s latest DVD/BD rank No.1, BD 1st-week sales achieve No.1 in history

Popular group ARASHI’s latest live DVD／Blu-ray Disc (“BD”)『ARASHI LIVE TOUR 2017-2018「untitled」』(released 13 June) ranked No.1 in 6/25 Oricon weekly DVD／BD chart (record: 11 – 17 Jun) with DVD sales 294,187 copies and BD sales 355,454 copies. The total sales of DVD and BD reached 650,000 copies and achieved No.1 in “Music DVD & BD Ranking” which is their eighth consecutive times of top ranking.

ARASHI also updated their own record of having 19 music DVDs ranking No.1 among which 17 DVDs ranked No.1 consecutively. They also achieved their eighth consecutive No.1 in BD sales and total sales of DVD and BD. Furthermore, their BD first-week sales exceeds the previous work『ARASHI LIVE TOUR 2016-2017 Are You Happy？』(released in May 2017, BD first-week sales 338,000 copies) and updated their own record of BD first-week top ranking in history as well as Music DVD & BD top ranking (consecutive / total) in history.

This work recorded the Tokyo Dome performance in December 2017 of the live tour conducted from November 2017 to January 2018, which was ARASHI’s ninth (sixth consecutive) five-dome live tour (18 performance, 855,000 audience). Starting from the song in their 16th album『untitled』(released in October 2017), they performed the theme “not finished” on stage. The limited edition of the DVD and BD included the “ARASHI no ARASHI Kai” which the ARASHI five members gathered and appreciated the live performance.
