My first time subbing. I am a beginner on subbing and translation (I am particularly not good at translating daily conversation), it would be great if you would comment on any mistake on subbing or translation for my improvement. Thanks.
Special thanks to Winkychan https://winkychan.dreamwidth.org/ who made the subbing tutorial SUB_SUB_GAKKOU https://sub-sub-gakkou.livejournal.com/. I learn all needed for subbing from this tutorial. Thanks.
Happy Birthday Dear MatsuJun 💜

classmate here!
By the way you are native in english? I saw you uses "splendid" as a traslate of sugoi many times... may i suggest you? may be you can use anothers synonyms? (pardon for being so meddlesome!) Another what meaning "fake voice" at the end... they didn´t sang the last song? I don´t understand this point (english isn´t my first tongue).
And more more thing the subs match with the original dvd (I assume your used your copy) but file can match with others versions? I have a raw is delayed by 2/5 seconds. One more: why you don't write your credit (arashiengtranslation) in the file? All subbers do it, I think you want to remain anonymous? (It´s a question).
I don't want to sound rude or meddlesome... I write here my review to you as a properly feedback.
As a first work you doing very well! See ya!
Re: classmate here!
thanks so much for your comments! so glad i get them.
i'll explore other synonyms for sugoi (they do speak a lot because they are really sugoi~), sometimes i use splendid for an entire piece of translation for consistency, because for readers who don't understand japanese, if they hear the same word sugoi but read different translations for the word they may wonder why. but variety should be taken consideration too, a balance between them would be great :D
sorry it was a mistake for fake voice, it should be falsetto. i need to correct the file. thanks for pointing it out.
yes i used my dvd copy for subbing, if your raw has delay, i see others post that some video players e.g. KMplayer has a function to broadcast the subtitle several seconds later to match the visual.
credit in the file: i didn't think about this... how to add a credit in the file...? but it's ok i write arashitranslation in the file name i guess it's ok >.<
thanks for your comments. i'll revise the file correcting the fake voice. it's really misleading.
Re: classmate here!
Falsetto... they named "fake" isn't it? but falsetto comes from Opera is an italian word...
Why japanese people????japanese twisted many words from english, italian and spanish language!
Don´t problem with that... you did a great job!
